        The Club Double Room I stayed in was clean and well-kept. The bed was really comfy, and it had nice touches like a bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom had heated floors, which was a great luxury! Just a heads-up, the breakfast was the same every day, which got a bit repetitive after five nights, but overall, the room made my stay enjoyable.

        Check-in was smooth, and I loved the friendly reception staff, who made me feel welcome right away. The staff was quick to assist when there was an issue with our room safe, resolving it in no time.

        It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it wasn’t bad either.

        We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Ali, who upgraded us to a bigger room for the kids. The Indian restaurant on-site served delicious biryani, and the location was perfect for exploring Paddington.

        In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could be a bit more spacious.

        The location is a win, just a stroll from Hyde Park. There’s a microwave in the room—super handy! Parking on-site was convenient. The shower in the spacious bathroom was seriously amazing, perfect after a long day out.

        Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Kensington Gardens and explored the area around Paddington Station. The hotel was clean and spacious, with lovely staff who made our stay enjoyable. Just a heads-up, breakfast can get busy, so plan accordingly. Overall, would definitely recommend this place for group trips!

        The room temperature was quite cold and tricky to control, which was a bit uncomfortable during our stay.

        The bathroom features high-quality finishes, offering a refreshing experience after a long day. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Lancaster Gate, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

        The compact double room felt extremely small, restricting movements, especially with luggage. A panel for controlling the lights next to the door kept falling off, and the bed size of 140x200 was pretty snug for two. Breakfast options were limited, primarily centered around a basic English breakfast, and the spa facilities had no provided robes or flip-flops, which could detract from the relaxation experience. the air conditioning was quite loud, leading to some restless nights.

        Had a fantastic stay with friends! We spent our days exploring the nearby British Museum and Hyde Park. The staff was friendly, and the location near the station was super convenient. Our room had heated bathroom floors, and the decor was lovely. I’d definitely recommend requesting a club room for more space.

        Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was limited for the price we paid, which felt a bit disappointing.
